Terms and Conditions for Plans4Extensions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Plans4Extensions ("we", "our", or "us"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Services

Plans4Extensions provides architectural design, planning drawings, and consultancy services for home and commercial property extensions, conversions, and alterations.
We assist with obtaining Planning Permission and liaise with Local Authorities where applicable. We do not guarantee approvals if changes are made by the client after submission or if Local Authority policies change.

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information about the property.
Approve draft drawings and any revisions promptly.
Ensure access to the property for surveys as agreed.

4. Planning Permission

While we guarantee to revise any initial refused applications free of charge, we cannot guarantee that planning permission will always be granted due to factors outside our control.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees are agreed before any work commences.
Payments are due as per the agreed invoice schedule.
Additional revisions beyond the first free set may incur extra charges.
Fees for Planning Applications payable to Local Authorities are separate and payable by the client.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and documents remain the intellectual property of Plans4Extensions unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the drawings solely for the specified project.

7. Liability

Plans4Extensions will exercise reasonable skill and care but accepts no liability for delays caused by third parties, including Local Authority decisions, or for the acts or omissions of contractors employed by the client.

8. Amendments and Variations

Any variations to the original scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional costs.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by giving written notice. In the event of termination, the client must pay for all services provided up to the date of termination.
